		<description>Thanks Mark, I'm glad you enjoyed it. It has always been my intention to develop the patterns into a valid self defence supplement to our standard TaeKwon-Do training. For me this is good because it gives the patterns a depth and meaning beyond just being an exercise to get the next belt or as a form of TaeKwon-Do aerobics.

As ever, in this session I felt I ran out of time - we barely got beyond Chon-Ji! 23 more patterns to go....

This reminds me, I must arrange the next Applied Session in my Bristol clubs - watch this space, see you all there.</description>
